First year we had a contract with him. First snowfall no problem. The second one was very big more than 12 inches. Did not show up the next day. Called him about 4 in the afternoon. He answered immediately and told me that he had plowed all last night and in the morning his truck overheated. I told him we could not get out of our driveway. That night we woke up to some noise around 4 AM looked out and he was out there. He had rented a panel truck and was plowing our driveway with a small snowblower. It probably took him around an hour! Great Job! Good service!
