I hardly ever wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room before my appointment. The atmosphere is very friendly as well. They typically schedule the follow up appointments for you and send reminders as well weeks in advance (which is very nice). Derek does an amazing job at keeping his patients happy and teeth healthy. “I switched to Dr. Folatko's practice a number of years ago after a couple of bad years with my previous dentist. Since then, I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with everyone at this practice.

The front desk staff are efficient and polite, and I've never had a scheduling issue (something that's incredibly rare for dental practices!). Drs. Folatko and Sookoo are kind, professional, and straightforward, and the hygienists are all delightful and knowledgable. They always make sure I'm comfortable and address all of my concerns with care.

The facility is small and easy to navigate, and it's very clean. Almost every exam room has a window with a bird feeder just outside, and it's relaxing to watch the birds and squirrels as they visit the feeders.

Overall, they're a truly wonderful practice, and I cannot recommend them enough!“

“I can only recommend Dr. Eberhardt‘s office. Everybody is super-professional —-> from the office staff to the doctor all the way to the hygienists. My hygienist, Jamie, is extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable, and very detail-oriented. She takes her time! Which I love about her. I always leave the office super relaxed because I lie down in my chair, and let them do their thing and it’s like a spa visit. I get one hour of relax time, and I leave knowing that I’ve been very well taken care of. Plus, everything is always explained very well, and as the patient I feel like my opinion counts. “Dr. Tom Schmidt completely transformed my smile, and I couldn’t be happier. I originally had veneers with gum recession, and he guided me through the entire process — including referring me for gum grafting before replacing my veneers with crowns on my front four teeth. It definitely wasn’t an easy road, but it was 100% worth it.

Dr. Schmidt is incredibly sweet, gentle, patient, and truly knows exactly what he’s doing. He picked the perfect color for my crowns, and they look so natural and beautiful. “I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Isakov and the entire team at Arsmiles! I rarely write long reviews, but they completely changed my experience and absolutely deserve it.

I found them last summer when I was desperate for help after my previous dentist’s work on my front implant crowns caused discomfort and left me needing significant cosmetic correction, less than two months before my wedding. I was missing one of my front crowns entirely, while the other would later need to be removed and redone. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and so worried I wouldn’t have my smile back in time for my wedding.

What stood out to me immediately was how caring and helpful they were before I had even stepped into the office. When I called to explain my situation, they listened with so much compassion and urgency and made me feel genuinely cared for right away. They worked quickly to get me scheduled and reassured me that they would do everything they could to help.

From my very first appointment, the entire team went above and beyond. Dr. Isakov took the time to explain every step to me. He used digital scanning to quickly send images to the lab and personally followed up to ensure my front crown would look natural, feel comfortable, and be the most hygienic, long-term solution for my implants. He was able to rush everything through for me, and I was absolutely blown away that my crown came back perfect on the first try. With just a few weeks to spare before my wedding, I had the new crown placed and finally felt an enormous weight lifted off my shoulders.
Fast forward to now, I recently had my other front crown re-done and once again had a quick, easy experience. I’ve also had cleanings and a filling done here, all with the same high level of expertise and comfort every time.

Beyond the incredible dental work, the entire staff is just amazing. Every time I walk in, they know me by name and show such genuine care. Everyone is so kind, and it’s clear they truly enjoy being there. The office is beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. They’re incredibly responsive and accommodating, with great availability, which has made it easy to get seen when needed.
