Zaina Salons Suites is a very clean, beautiful, and welcoming salon. Many customers have been loyal for years, even decades, following their fantastic and amazing stylists who consistently provide great haircuts and service. The salon has undergone recent renovations, including fresh interior painting and updates in decor that look great and are a definite plus. However, the new chairs are a common concern. They are described as cheap, hard, extremely firm, and terribly uncomfortable, sometimes causing back pain. The chairs are also not very sturdy, tipping easily, and do not go high enough. The new shampoo sinks are also noted as uncomfortable, causing clients to stretch their neck for a rinse and sometimes allowing water to go down the back. Despite these issues with the furniture's functionality, clients continue to return for the excellent stylists.

Five star ratings are for the stylists. I've been a customer over 20 years. With new owners comes new cheap chairs. They are hard and hurt my back. Also foot rest flimsy. I was afraid to use for fear it would break. New sinks are uncomfortable and you have to stretch your neck to get a good rinse. The new interior painting is a fresh change and looks nice.
I have been getting my hair cut for years at this location. My stylist is always consistently giving me a great cut. The salon has made some recent changes with updates in decor and painting. A definite plus. However, the chairs were recently replaced and seem low in quality. Not a deal breaker for me. I come back for a great haircut!
