Gavin came in and was able to determine that it was a sensor issue right away. He was able to get it fixed and test that the heat was working. He monitored CO2 as well during the check.
Nate and Gavin were able to get a complete install for me (furnace and AC) quickly in one visit. Both were professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. Thanks again for your assistance.
I just want to say that I really appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of right way cooling and heating. I had a problem with my furnace, they came out diagnose what was wrong and immediately fixed it. They explained everything in detail, and did not try to upsell me or anything.
