I've got a lot of respect for this place it's privately owned and the people that have not really jumped or chlorine prices very much like everybody else has so they're quite reasonable and they do a good job with customer service
What a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable staff!! Throughout the entire day, we had to make several trips, and they were each helpful every time! Couldn't be happier with our first experience with them!
We are new, very inexperienced pool owners. Another company had been taking care of our pool and charged us over $1500 for two visits to open the pool. Because we knew our pump needed replacement I got an estimate from the old company for over $2000. A friend recommended Pools and Spas so we got a second estimate for the exact same pump= $1500. Pools and Spas was a couple of weeks out for installation but because our old pump was leaking, they managed to fit us in after hours and we couldnt be happier. Staff was friendly and helped educate us and their prices are certainly more competitive than our old company.
