Shane visited very quickly & had a software problem solved in shockingly short order. Very polite, very professional, prompt & expeditious during labor.Would recommend him to anyone.

So my almost new laptop had virus screens flashing. I closed the lid and the next time I opened it up the laptop would not power up. I called Shane and within 30 seconds he walked through the fix on the phone with me at no charge. This is the kind of guy you want to do business with!
