Returns are difficult & it takes well over a week for return of funds!! Absolutely ridiculous! And I'm still waiting --- 10 days later!!! They had no problem taking my $$ immediately when I purchased them - the same should apply to refunds!
I chose Grace vision LLC (Lens Crafters) due to flyers commercials about the later exam. I actually mentioned it to the lady, that I didn’t like the exams that ask is option 1 better than 2 or 3, etc. the sales person didn’t say they will still have to do it. Had I been told I would have saved $77 I spent on a useless thing.
I am going back for the third time to have my bifocals adjusted. Not happy !
