I noticed their company van in the parking lot of a home improvement store & decided to call. So happy I did! The team (Dan, Victor & Jim) know what they're doing. Very personable & pleasant. My kitchen looks amazing!! I have an older home so I will definitely be calling them back for future projects.

Our basement flooded on Memorial Day 2026 due to the failure of a large company’s guaranteed work and products. We had nine inches of standing water in our basement for two days, waiting for their service.
Eventually, a service manager called and said they couldn’t make it out for two weeks. That’s when we called Exceptional One. They sent a plumber out within two hours. The plumber had the water drained, a new sump pump installed, and floor fans running in our basement within six hours.

The project was a big one. We had water damage from a deck that was installed over the vinyl siding. Over the years it rotted the walls under neath. The deck is over 30 ft in length. Dan and his team came to the rescue. I had a contractor that was going to do the work and after several months said the project was too big. They came accessed the damage, decided on a course of action. They worked with insurance adjuster pointing out things they didn’t consider. They were very thorough in their estimate upfront.
