Un-believable. I had 4 other companies come out before CME, all gave me crazy high quotes to fix my pipe. Then Rusty came out to inspect, and not only was the quote much lower, but he found something NONE of the others did- there was a destroyed pipe at the end of our line! And it was the city's job to repair it.
Rusty contacted the city for us and helped us get it repaired. Again- NONE of the other companies found that, even though they did the same camera work. Without Rusty and CME finding that, we would have been in a world of hurt.

CME was the first to respond to calls I made to several companies on the weekend. Jason was extremely helpful in analyzing our problem by asking insightful questions, explaining possible causes, and their solutions. He then moved up the inspection appointment to the earliest time available while assuring me that there will be no charges until a solution became clear. We needed up not needing their services because the problem was smaller than expected, but I can highly recommend CME for any sewer problems.

5 stars!! These guys are the real deal- they are so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Rusty and his team have been absolutely fantastic to work with. We are new first time home owners who were left in a tough position with some faulty work. These guys took good care of us.
