Ravenna VA Outpatient Clinic

I normally go to the Akron outpatient facility (5 stars also) I went to Ravenna outpatient to see the ENT. I was nervous about going to a different location until I walked thru the doors. I felt right at home. Staff was super helpful and nice. Dr and staff were very informative and kept me up to date every step of the way. I was in good hands the entire time.

The VA does a very good job of taking care of us. They have added a lot of automation to the process. I don’t feel rushed through, plenty of time with caregiver if needed. Some locations Cleveland and Parma you can see your get your vitals taken, see your doctor, pick up your medications, and be on your way. No long waits and then sit in an empty room waiting for the doctor to come. They move a lot of us through every day. Infusion takes time, still meeting Veterans from World War II, Korea, and all over the world, including the still in increasing number of people being treated for Agent Orange from Vietnam. The Ravenna VA Outpatient Clinic is a GREAT place to be a member of. I have never had to wait for a visit for more than 30 minutes. The Doctors are the best at this clinic. Dr B and Dr F are the best! I had Dr. B as my family physician at University Hospital in Ravenna for 3 years before he joined the VA staff which is next door to the VA clinic. He is an extremely intelligent Doctor and goes out of his way to be professional and dig into what might be causing any discomfort for you.
I had an emergency problem, called the clinic and was assigned to Dr. F. in 2 hours who I never had contact with before the call. It turns out that he was also a carbon copy of Dr. B....read full review
