Andrea and her team go above and beyond to make sure pets and their parents are happy! I made the mistake of sending my husband to drop-off our dog 🙄. When she came home (looking good, but shaggier than I prefer) I made a quick call to the salon. Even though they are insanely busy because of the holidays, Andrea squeezed us in to get a little more hair taken off of our pup, Mia. Talk about customer service! We've always been thrilled with the level of care they give our nervous pup. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for grooming services.
They do so well with my cat, Chloe! She gets some matting in the spring time, but she is velvet smooth, adorable, and I can tell she feels amazing too. 😊 They are always kind and reassuring to me too when I might call just to check and see if she's doing OK for them. Thank you!
