Starpups is an amazing business in the powell community. The staff are top notch and always go above and beyond for the customers. Always on time and offer up suggestions/tips for our dog. A 5 year customer and cannot imagine taking our dog anywhere else. Thank you Sam and staff for being Awesome!

Today was my first time having Juni groomed at Star Pups, and I have already booked for the rest of the year! Tracy took my sweet but very shy/anxious, 3.5 year old cavapoo and efficiently and carefully got her a nice short summer cut! Tracy was super kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Pricing is very competitive, and I feel safe leaving my pup with the staff at Star Pups, that is a hard combo to find. I brought my very nervous Bernese Mountain Dog in to see Anthony for the first time and he did a fantastic job!!! I just want to say thank you to the ownership at Starpups for the very reasonable prices you charge. I paid significantly less today than I have at other groomers in the area- and I promise, you are not missing out on business by charging less. You just converted me as a customer to come back not only every time, but more frequently than I have been!!! It shows you care about your customers, animals and that you are in this for the right reasons. We can't wait to come back and see Anthony again!
