My second child in this program and I highly recommend this class to any parent looking for a fantastic activity that builds strength, character, and confidence in their child. The instructors are incredibly patient, professional, and truly dedicated to helping each child grow—not just in karate skills, but in confidence and discipline as well. The classes are well-structured, engaging, and maintain a perfect balance of fun and discipline. The instructors make sure every child feels included and motivated to do their best.

6 months in with my 5 year old and am still consistently blown away with how engaging, interactive, and inclusive every instructor and every class is. They keep the important things in mind—appropriate developmental expectations, focusing on confidence and team/support mentality, and individual growth. I never write reviews but just can’t say enough good things about this place. We have absolutely loved it!

ATA is very patient with the students. They have no problem redirecting the children to help the child focus.After my son being apart of this program I am seeing improvement he says yes ma’am no ma’am. I love what I see at ATA.
