I've had the wonderful opportunity to work with Allison personally and professionally. She is incredibly knowledgable, caring, and kind. She is great at explaining exactly what is going on and giving you tools to help you feel better. After having my first baby she helped eliminate the pain I had in my pelvic floor with exercise.Professionally, as an orthopedic physical therapist in Columbus, I often refer patients to her with pelvic floor dysfunction because I trust that she will take amazing care of them.

Dr. Alison at Core Strong Physical Therapy is so knowledgable in women's health. She helped me understand that stress has an impact on body wellness. We worked through my symptoms, figured out my areas of weakness and then she designed a custom plan that I can do on my own at home.

Dr. Allison is hands-down the best in the women’s health/ pelvic PT world. After visiting other Women’s Health PT I knew the one-size fits all approach wasn’t working. After finding Allison I knew she was different. She is so patient with listening to what your problems and goals are. She then will work with you to determine the best treatment method and ultimately empowering you to return to your dream life. My life has changed after seeing Allison. I’ve returned to life after having kids better than the shape I was in before having kids! Dr. Allison believes in the whole-body approach and you won’t find anyone with her knowledge and skills.
