Today was the day before my graduation photos and my previous stylist canceled on me that morning. I was desperate to find a place to get me in for highlights for my photos. I called many places and knew I’d be out of luck due to it being a Saturday. Then, I called Muse of Powell - Paul made special time to get me in the same day and gave me the prettiest highlights my hair has ever had! What stands out about Muse is their dedication to their clients and spectacular teamwork. Highly recommend this salon! Frances cut my hair my first visit and on my second visit today, she did my highlights. Between her and Paul, the experience is so pleasant and personal. If you want someone to understand exactly what you want and take the time to make it perfect, this is the place! What a gem!!
Frances gave me such a wonderful experience here! She was incredibly respectful, professional, and attentive. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, checked in with me throughout the entire process, and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. It really showed how much she cares about her clients. The service was truly exceptional, and I left feeling so happy with my hair. I got exactly what I was looking for! I definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a kind stylist who listens, communicates, and delivers amazing results! Also great for alternative haircuts. Thank you Frances!
