I was happy with my experience with Flinn inspection from start to finish. I had questions prior to scheduling the appointment which were quickly answered. I had Chad for the inspection on a home I was in contract to buy. Right up front he wanted to know if I had any specific concerns with the property that he could look into. He was friendly throughout the inspection and happy to answer any questions I had. He spoke with me about the issues he identified and provided a detailed report following the appointment.
