I thoroughly enjoy this place. They run it exceptionally well. Whenever they noticed something that didn’t meet their high standards, they promptly made it right. I personally appreciate that level of attention to detail. I’ve only had my shoes repaired and cleaned there. I haven’t done any clothing alterations, but I know they offer this service at another location, so I’m planning to give it a try. Finding a tailor can be a bit challenging, so I’m excited to explore this option.
I have a beautiful silver and leather key fob that is 34 years old. After so much time and near-daily use the leather loop where it attaches to a key ring had worn through and ripped, making it unusable. These folks were able to replace the damaged leather: the work was skillfully executed and only a close inspection shows the near-seamless repair. The fee was reasonable, and the work was performed quickly. I'm looking forward to another 30+ years of service from this family keepsake.
Needed new soles put on my kitten heel shoes I’m wearing to my daughter’s wedding. They look beautiful and the customer service was very accommodating and waited for me during rush hour to get to the shop.
