I was in Portsmouth for one day and had time to waste, so I stopped in Upper Cuts to see if I could get a cut. They got me right in and the lady did a fantastic job (I forget her name 😬). I've gotten so many compliments! The people seemed really fun and like a place I would love to get my hair done all the time!
I met Kim in 2005 during my senior year of Cosmetology school and she was substituting. She fixed an uh oh on my hair from another student and I have been going to her since! I have never left unsatisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Erica does a great job on my head every time. Very professional and friendly. I don't have to tell her anything. I sit down, she does her thing, and I leave looking and feeling great every time. I would recommend her and her establishment to anyone looking for a great cut for a fair price.
