I am a new business owner and needed assistance with taxes. This place was an absolutenightmare. I sent all the info they requested back on May 10th. I called, I went down and I sent emails every month. They never responded. Not until August. They tell me my info went to spam and they never saw it, but then they sent me a copy of the extension they filed. There are more attachments I sent, but I can't show them for privacy reasons. Then they reply, admitting they have the detailed paypal report that breaks down everything and I already explained how every bit of the money was used for the business, but say it's now my job to do everything and tell me I now only have 10...read full review

My wife and I went in to have our income taxes prepared for 2015. We had a complicated filing as we had sold a house, relocated from out of state, etc. But we warned of this when we made our appointment. Unfortunately, we were given a novice tax professional that just did not know what they were doing. I was able to google on the IRS website and show them tax code would have cost/save us thousands of dollars. About an hour of this and I apologized and told them it wasn't working out. They absolutely refused to return the paper with the copy of our SSN's on them despite having not done a single service for us. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
