I have been seeing Meradith for sciatica-related issues that affect my IT band and knee, and I cannot recommend her enough. Out of two surgeons and two physical therapists, she was the only one who truly pinpointed the root of my problem and helped me regain my mobility. Meradith’s therapeutic massage is incredible, and what sets her apart is her collaborative approach. Together, we created a personalized game plan to address my issues and maintain my mobility. Unfortunately, due to distance, I can’t see her as often as I’d like, but every session with her is worth it. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, intuitive, and genuinely invested in your recovery, Meradith is the one. I can’t sing her praises enough!
