We just visited this weekend for two massages.Upon booking our appointment on the phone with Katie, she mentioned that if we came 30 minutes before our appointment, we would get a complimentary mimosa. I even repeated and asked her to make sure when we were on the phone. I remember laughing and saying well we will be there well before to get our complimentary mimosa! ? Spa Catawba made a special accommodation for me that was not on their menu! No ask was too much and turnaround time for scheduling was so accommodating. This place proves customer service isn't dead in today's world. I was treated like a member of their family and invited into their home. Solid products, very clean facility, and top of the line detail. Go make this place your home spa!

My husband and I came here for therapeutic massages when our back/neck issues flared up on vacation. We live in California and get massage and spa treatments fairly frequently. The reception staff was very accommodating when booking and checking in, the relaxation lounge was nice and has some perks, and my massage by Evan was wonderful. Evan asked specific questions and tailored my massage exactly to my expressed needs. Additionally, the facility was beautiful. My only recommendations (based on many international spa experiences) would be the additions of a shower (with steam??) to the dressing room, and the luxuries of a hot tub or steam room.
