We just visited this weekend for two massages.Upon booking our appointment on the phone with Katie, she mentioned that if we came 30 minutes before our appointment, we would get a complimentary mimosa. I even repeated and asked her to make sure when we were on the phone. I remember laughing and saying well we will be there well before to get our complimentary mimosa! ? We arrived for our appointment, she checked us in and inquired if we wanted a mimosa. Of course, we said yes, because we assumed they were included because that is what she said on the phone. Spa Catawba made a special accommodation for me that was not on their menu! No ask was too much and turnaround time for scheduling was so accommodating. This place proves customer service isn't dead in today's world. I was treated like a member of their family and invited into their home. Solid products, very clean facility, and top of the line detail. Go make this place your home spa!

Everything was incredible. The staff was perfectly available but not overpowering allowing me to relax between services. The locker rooms were large, clean, and fresh. The facilities were absolutely wonderful. I had a private sauna followed by a shower. Then I was able to relax for 20 min to enjoy some fresh lemon infused water as well as a light snack. Next I had a 60 min float session followed by another shower, another 15 min relaxation period and finished with a 90 min theraputic massage. I didn't want to leave. It was the perfect addition to my vacation! I will be back.
