So impressed with Matt, the owner/operator of Lake Home Electric! Extremely professional and knowledgeable as a Senior Electrician. So grateful and thankful to have found his company! Called for an appointment and received a call back within an hour or so. Set the appointment for later in the day which is incredible service! He even texted when he was within an hour of arrival, which is always so helpful. Matt resolved the main issue quickly, plus completed additional work on a second issue. In addition, he did a troubleshoot on third area in question. His rates are so fair given his expertise and can-do spirit. You will be so impressed. We had our crawl space encapsulated in Risingsun, OH. Overall we are very happy to have this completed, service was very quick to schedule and they didn’t need much from us once completing work. Great price compared to other companies in the area. The only downside was the very chemical/bleach smell in our house after the first day of work, which we would have liked to be warned about so we would have made other plans to be out of the house. Also would have done it when it was warmer out so we could actually open the windows to air it out. The smell much improved after they placed the barrier the next day.
Quinn was professional, fun to talk to, and gave me exactly the design I asked for! She has such a creative mind and endless design options. Her work far exceeded my expectations and her pricing was extremely fair. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience.

Ty gets groomed every couple months and they are wonderful with him! He is a little skittish getting in there, but then he’s fine always very accommodating and always so friendly I especially loved getting a picture of him in the bathtub!
I met with Abby for a color retouch and haircut. I was extremely happy with the results! My color turned out great and I love the way my hair looks. I highly recommend Abby. I want to share my gratitude for the service and care we have received through your company. Angela has gone above and beyond to try to get caregivers to cover my mom's needs. She's done some really creative scheduling and has been so professional. Morgan also has been very professional and courteous too.
You have some real exceptional caregivers that I'd like to recognize. Anita C. sincerely loves my mom and loves her job. She continually created new activities to stimulate her brain. She brought her fresh vegetables. She made a lap blanket for her in a few days because she noticed she needed it. She has a gentleness that helped my mom bond with her right away. Anita always informed our family when she had any concerns or positive accomplishments. At one of the 3 nursing homes Anita spoke up for my mom because she wasn't being treated properly and had to deal with unexpected rudeness and unprofessional behavior from the nursing home staff. She documented this in detail so it could be reported. She is a total class act and whomever is blessed to be in her care will be so happy.
I only spent a few times with Geri P. but my mom and I liked her right away. When I went into to Riverview to train her she understood the tasks quickly and followed through by charting the tasks week after week. She connected with my mom quickly and was very kind with her words and actions. I could tell my mom trusted her, which made our whole family feel at peace for a few hours while Geri was with my mom at the nursing home.
Kathy W. always liked to take my mom on adventures and get her out of the house. My mom really looked forward to her time with Kathy. She is so sweet and took care of her as if she was her own mom. She also loved to get my mom dolled up and did her hair beautifully.
Our family already misses these 3 caregivers. They became like family. Even though my mom has dementia she lights up whenever she sees them.
Thanks to all your staff that we've interacted with the last couple of years. Every phone call that was answered by your staff was very polite and transfers happened quickly.

Got my hair cut by Sherri, she was able to get me in last minute, and she did an amazing job. My hair looks way healthier. The prices at this salon are really good too, from tanning, to nails and hair . Will definitely be back.
Russ is such an easygoing artist. My wife and I have gotten work done by him 8 times so far and really have no plans to go anywhere else... EVER! Uncle Fatty's Tattoo is by appointment only so the shop is really only you and Russ when you're getting work done. I like this because there are no distractions of customers walking in and asking Russ questions and whatnot. My wife and I both highly recommend Russ and Uncle Fatty's Tattoo!

I was extremely pleased with Erie starting with their quick response to quote, on time arrival to evaluate the mold in our attic and then a fast and reasonable quotation. I got one other quote which was about the same cost but I felt much more comfortable selecting Erie especially when they suggested adding additional venting to prevent the problem from reoccurring. The work performed was Mold Remediation, and added 2 gables vents and 1 fan.
Traveled from Toledo to get my first haircut in 8 months. Jaclyn transformed an Einstein to one delighted older woman with beautiful curls, great eyebrows and a hairless chin.
