Bri in the Poland/Boardman location is the best! I love all the products used and my cut was on point. The services are superb and the atmosphere is drama free. You absolutely feel brand new when leaving this place!

I liked the attitude of the person who cut my hair. Her name is Colleen and she was very pleasant and easy to work with. I did not expect all of the extras that go with the standard cut, however, they were a nice surprise. I like the fact that my hair smelled nice for the rest of the day. I think it was eucalyptus, but I might be wrong. I'll ask what it was when I go for my next cut.

Just received a haircut here. Before we started my stylist and another employee were complaining right next to me that all reservations were for another stylist and I can definitely see why. My stylist did not ask enough questions, rushed my haircut, rushed my washout, and left me with a bad haircut. You can’t put it back on once it’s cut so maybe asking me at least once could have helped get the length correct. Not a big deal but the shoulder and neck massage was skipped. Not sure what the rush was for since she didn’t have any customers coming to see her for the rest of the day. To top it all off she left my shirt absolutely covered in hair. You’d think the ‘Store Manager’ would have done better than this but I guess not. I’ll have to find out the name of the stylist she was complaining about so I can request her and have a normal experience next time.

Marissa at the Boardman Poland shop did a fantastic job with my curly hair! They don’t get many women in but she was unfazed by it. She was very talented, professional and friendly. Gave me one of the best cuts I’ve ever had! She definitely should be given a raise and a promotion. The shop was clean and well maintained. I’ll be back!

I always tell my fellow musicians the own themselve a nice treat, because when I book a hair cut at Sport Clips, that's what it is ... A nice treat, specially when booking after a gig night, ask your stylist for the MVP service, you will know what I am talking about.
