I have been a patient at Poland Medical Center for my whole life, since I was in diapers. I can tell you that the service they provide is the best from my experience and opinion. Dr.Sandy Naples is the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) PCP. An amazing physician, man, person and more. I highly recommend this facility and their staff.

The Doctors here are amazing, especially Dr. Duran, and his assistants like Kate ?!! They are exceptionally wonderful with patient care. They are professional, friendly, helpful and always address your concerns in health issues. I highly recommend this practice. Positive attitudes all around, and extremely important to them is their treatment and interactions with patients are held to the highest standards by direction of the Doctors. No unfriendly or unhappy staff will be found here; it is not tolerated. Thumbs up all around for excellent Doctors and staff!! I keep going back!! Dr. O'Brien is truly one of a kind.
He takes the time to really listen to you not just to your symptoms but to your concerns and your questions. I bring a handwritten list. ? I have never felt rushed at any of my appointments. He explains things clearly and offers solutions and he genuinely cares about long-term wellness... not just quick fixes.
He's incredibly knowledgeable and up-to-date, yet grounded, approachable, and empathetic which are some pretty good qualities for a doctor. You leave every appointment feeling heard, cared for, and confident you're in excellent hands.
