First appointment and all was very good with the registration and exam. The customer service for obtaining my glasses in the facility was terrible. Not friendly ,not informative and was very unprofessional with her approach and presentation. Took my prescription to be filled elsewhere.

I absolutely would recommend anybody to go to the eyecare Associates, the staff doctors and everybody that works. There were so wonderful very calming very clean. I had a wonderful experience and I truly appreciate that.

My daughter was in today to see Dr Grischow for her annual appt. Kristin is special needs and although she tries to cooperate, she is sometimes a challenge. Shannon took us into the exam rm and did an interview, then ran her through all the initial exams and tests. I can't thank Shannon enough for her patience, knowledge, and professionalism. She went over and above to work with Kristin. Shannon was just so kind and put us both at ease. I may just have to request her for Kristin's next appointment! Jan Seidler
