Had an excellent experience with American Quality Movers! They picked up my items in Kent ,Ohio and moved them to my storage unit in Chicago over a two day move and the process ran smoothly. They arrived and dropped off later than expected but I didn’t mind because of the excellent customer service! All of my items arrived in excellent condition and my unit was packed very well!

CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!! After getting quotes from several different companies and a week of research, I found American Quality. Their prices and customer service during the quote sold me! The owner, Rick is exceptionally responsive and was quick to address my needs. The guys for the move, Austin, Chris B. and Joseph were knowledgeable, worked their derrieres off and have been some of the most polite and overall friendly people I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. They stayed calm, cool and collected in a time where I was otherwise loaded with stress about completing on time. They each got a tip!!
