I was in state of emergency with a broken hot water pipe. They were able to send someone out Brian Brown to repair. He was very knowledgeable and assuring me it was going to be alright. Cost was very reasonable especially being an emergency call. Thanks for being there for me
I manage a apartment building and my residents were not getting hot water. Called another company first and they said we needed new tanks over 40k. We then called Yoder and Chris came out. He took his time and looked at everything. He then said we need a new valve. Chris and 2 others did the install and were great to work with, understanding of the residents. It was a great experience. We had an issue the next day and Chris was right back at the property. When he left it was all resolved. The next day he stopped back just to make sure everything was working right! Great customer service Chris!! You will be our first call next time!!
