Water heater problems Just moved into my house in Plain City. Called Henry over at Plain City Plumbing. He remembered installing the water heater when it was brand new. (Also he had a sticker on it) He found several things wrong. Everything from the gas pressure was out of wack coming into my house. To the computer board. He spent some time diagnosing the problem. He then looked up the manufacture date, and found out it was still in warranty. He contacted the manufacturer and explained everything to them. He was able to get us a newer and better system for no cost. (Still had to pay for only a service call). Which is better than what a lot of the others were offering....read full review

Our water heater sprung a huge leak and we needed to have it replaced. It was, of course, just a few weeks out of warranty. We called a lot of places to gather info, but Plain City was the only company that offered to come out and assess the situation....to see if there was any way they could save us money by doing a repair rather than a replacement. The owner came out himself. It ended up still needing a replacement, and Plain City had the best communication with us. We ended up going with them even though they didn't have the lowest price, because they were trustworthy. Again, the owner came out and did all the work himself.
