“Over the summer we had Cai Cabinetry install for our new kitchen. Not only was the work gorgeous but it was fast and efficient. They were very nice to work with and made sure we were as educated as we wanted to be, and satisfied at every step.

This past week a cabinet door broke due to a dumb accident on my part. They immediately sent out a guy to fix it, no questions asked.

Update: After a year we had a small piece fail on a drawer. Probably my fault putting a full Costco foil box in it. Jianshen picked up on a Saturday and ended up driving replacement pieces over. I still compare all other businesses to CAI.“

Cabinets are made in USA and even though we didn’t select the top of the line, the cabinets we received are very well made and built to last. Working with a small independent business vs a Big Box store came with several perks: We did our own install and the team loaned us cabinet jacks free of charge & included instructions , built us a last minute custom shelf addition and were available by phone to answer questions along the way. Besides great customer service their pricing is also very reasonable and cabinets are beautiful. Highly recommend!“
