“I have had Rick do two large projects for my relatively tiny home and both have ended up looking/working amazing. The price at which he completed these projects has been extremely low compared to what I was quoted elsewhere. Where most other places only really do semi-custom cabinetry, he worked with me to build and install completely custom designs.

First he did our entire kitchen worth of cabinets, which included a custom cabinet for a washer/dryer, a custom insert for the dishwasher, a built in oven, and a multitude of other special sized cabinets. The craftsmanship, materials, and finish of the cabinets is amazing and probably the only way I would have been able to fully utilize the space in my tiny kitchen. Most other places just wanted to throw in some standard sized cabinets and call it a day, but Rick worked with me to squeeze every literal inch of space out of that kitchen.

The second project he did for us was a complete overhaul of all our old closets. Again I tasked Rick with highly custom designs with special features in an extremely tight space and he was able to make it work. Ultimately it came out great, I can actually use all of the closet space I have, and everything is hand crafted specifically to work to our needs. He built in custom cubbies, dual height steel closet bars, super deep, heavy duty pullout drawers, built in pullout hampers, etc. Exactly as I drew up when I first pitched the idea to him.

All this being said, Rick does have a tough time with maintaining schedule, but it’s because he is usually a one man show, and he is very particular when it comes to details. If you want someone to come in and install standard cabinets in a month, he is probably not your guy, but if you are looking for someone who can deliver a truly one of a kind project on a tight budget, he might be your guy.

Lastly, I can attest that Rick is a standup person. He has never stolen from me, he has never been disrespectful of my home, my family, or my animals, and he always comes back to fix problems if things come up.“
