My furnace/AC unit stopped working and after attempts on my own I called Todd. After a few minutes on the phone, he told me to check my fuse and sure enough it was blown. Super friendly and saved me headache and $$$ by walking me thru it and figuring out the root cause. Highly recommemd!
My heater decided to kick out right before this terrible weather. I had called another company, they charged me, but my heat kicked out again after they left Todd came out, diagnosed my problem, and got my heat running well within 30 minutes time. He was super helpful, friendly, and confirmed the heat would stay on before he left. Thanks, Todd! It it greatly appreciated.
