Ulta Beauty

I like Ulta A LOT but the 5 stars are for Jaedyn! What an asset to your company! I reallllyyy like Ulta, but the help I receive from Jaedyn every time I shop here makes me LOVE this Ulta! She is a licensed esthetician and is so incredibly knowledgeable on all things skin care and make up. She’s pretty helpful picking out perfumes and hair products too! I’m a recruiter for a well known insurance company and I tried to convince her to come work with me, but apparently she likes what she does… so alas, I guess I will have to just keep using her services and giving Ulta all my money. :)

When my mom and I entered the store we saw 2 employees working, neither said anything to us. Since I haven't been to this location before, I went over to one of the employees to ask about a particular perfume. I said hello and the employee just stared at me. I guess I thought they would say something like hello lol but the employee did not. I asked if they had the perfume and they told me where it was then continued what they were doing. I guess I interrupted their work. When we went to check out, Tika greeted us with a hello, a smile, and a fun conversation about the perfume I purchased. She made the shopping experience better. Excellent Variety in products and have what I need every time I go. Also the staff is very attentive in greeting and being helpful to find anything you need super friendly environment!
