First I want to say that Dr Biehle is the the best dentist I have ever been to, all of the dental assistants were excellent, the women at the front desk were always professional and very nice. I had no problem getting in when I was still in a lot of pain. But, my husband and I will not be back to Stonecreek Dental. We have been coming here since 2006. The reason we are not coming back is due to the billing dept girl. I was given an itemized spreadsheet treatment plan. With a lot of work to be done, I also wanted to get my teeth whitened. I paid $105.00 for in-house whitening trays, I signed the paper agreeing to pay everything on this spreadsheet under patient responsibility....read full review

Horrible service and horrible people. Staff at the front of the office were talking about a client (making fun of her) and it could be heard in the lobby and where I was sitting in the examination area. This practice is constantly pushing extra services when all I want is a cleaning. This used to be a nice practice, focused on customer service. Not anymore. Not sure if there was a change in management, but it feels like a 'get them in, get them out, bill as much as possible" practice now.

Yes another lying dentist with hidden fees, check your bills in 2 or 3 weeks after your procedure because you will get another bill, it's sad that after the pandemic all of privately owned businesses have become vultures it's a sad day in America - & the bad part about this is the crown is to high, so my tooth still hurts & 2,000 dollars down the drain thanks " STONE CREEK DENTAL " KARMA IS AROUND THE CORNER DUDE......
