Pickerington Location:The owner Kevin and his staff are very friendly and professional. I used to workout at Crunch at it was always overcrowded and dirty. NL is clean thru have a nice selection of equipment.

Nice clean place to workout. This is not a big gym with extra amenities like swimming pool and stuff but if you mean business they got everything you need. I am also a member of a big gym chain that has it all but I frequent this one because it is clean and smells way better.

Nice hidden spot, is located in the corner of the strip mall by speedway on 256 Equipment is well maintained and clean, you have more than enough options to work each muscle group. This gym goes beyond value. You do get a lot more for your $$$ than any other gym in the neighborhood. They do not have a basketball court or a swimming pool but also your monthly fee is not close to 100 for something you use maybe once every other month.
