The front desk can be rude sometimes but thankfully my message therapist is opposite! Chelsey is patient and kind, really cares and listens to your needs. Today I walked in with severe neck and upper back pain and agony I was actually scared the massage was going to make it worse but with her suggestions and great expertise I am so grateful to say Im so much better because of her! I walked out with tears of joy and feeling soooo much better my husband even noticed right away I was feeling better! Thanks Chelsey!

When I call, my concerns or needs get taken care of. Services are good. I mainly get a massage here and every time I do, I hinted that I need to just relax and go to sleep but it never happened. Masseuse (all of them) loves to talk. I don’t like shutting people down so I ended up not being able to just relax. That’s why I give it a 3 star. I mean they’re all nice!

I've been a member for years and schedule my massages monthly. I love the professional staff. I thought the membership was a great deal and ended up gifting one for my daughter. She uses hers mostly for facials. I love the versatility of the membership. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Such a treat after a long week at work. Lloyd is my favorite masseuse.
