I am not giving this review based on her expertise as a hair stylist but her character as a human. I had made an appt one day and a half prior to my appointment. I thought when I made the appointment there was a 24 hour cancel notice but it was 48 hours. now how can I cancel within 48 hours if I did not have an appt two days before my appointment is my first question and secondly I did give her 24 hours notice by TEXT message as the message I received if I needed to get in contact, thinking this was the most courteous way to cancel and explain my reason.
