“Made an appointment online using the booksy system which I have never used before, super easy, no down payment or anything required. Very streamlined system.
It was absolutely pouring down rain when I called Randy's Barbershop and told them I would be a few minutes late for my 1:45 appointment, they said it was no problem and I arrived only 4 or so minutes late.
Larry greeted me by name immediately and brought me over. Even dried my hair off from the rain before starting. I had basically no idea what I wanted, my fiance just told me to go treat myself to a barber and I said okay. I showed Larry a few pictures of short hair fade styles for men and he took no time to begin working.
Guys, this was my first time ever at a real barber shop, and let me tell you this place feels like stepping into a time machine.
The shop is bustling with noises and movement, good noise. Humans actually talking and interacting. It felt like a real old school place, plopped into a modern world.
Larry was the most deliberate, calculated and yet also delicate barber I have ever experienced, and on top of that, these prices feel like they are old school too. They are almost so affordable that you simply must tip well. In fact, if you don't, I think I would judge you for it.
Thank you everyone at Randy's!”
