I would like to start off by saying this is an amazing place, from the time you walk in the building the Lady at the front desk was very cheerful smiling seemed to be in a pleasant mood. I finally got called back in a timely manner. My first time I met with Shawn. He was so so amazing. He had a very funny sense of humor. He made me feel very comfortable. I was very nervous and he was very understanding. He sent me home with exercises to do which really helped me a lot although after meeting with him the first time I met with a few other ones and they all were the same very very nice. This practice was referred to me by a previous client. Best PT I've ever had. I think I saw 5 different therapiss. Each was excellent. They were focused on my issue. The environment was good as well. The receptionist was really funny and nice. The location was good too. I'll go back there should I ever need PT again.
Let me start off by saying this: the staff at this Athletico are some of the most fun and inviting people you’ll ever meet. Everyone was so friendly, and it was obvious how much they truly care about each and every patient. I always felt like I could joke around and have great conversations with every therapist there. They somehow made coming to PT something I actually looked forward to.
