Abby McCarthy does a wonderful job! She is so kind and gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! She made sure the cut worked well with the thickness and curls of my hair so it turned out exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend her!

When I moved to Pickerington five years ago, I also had to move away from my stylist due to location. I tried numerous salons and had terrible experiences. Lucky for me I found Olivia at 19 West! Olivia is awesome! She understood exactly how I wanted my hair cut! She also helped me while I took the step of going from color for years to growing out to my natural color! I have short hair and need it cut more often. She knows my hair and how I like it and I never have a worry. I am so happy I found Olivia! She is truly amazing!

I have been going to Olivia for over two years now and she always goes above and beyond for me! She always perfects my color and helps me figure out exactly what I want when I am indecisive. I'm always concerned about damage when it comes to dye but she is so efficient and keeps your hair healthy and gorgeous! I highly recommend, and I will continue to go to her!
