The receptionist acted like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job or interacting with customers with customers. She was rude and snobbish. And it was $20 extra for gel! That’s ridiculous and they should have told me that before I agreed to it. They need an obvious sign pointing that out.

They have raised their prices a few times. I also wish they did call ahead on an app like the breakfast place at Levis does. Waits, depending on the day can be very long. They tend to be good at their services.

They always understand the assignment every.single.time. Uno does my nails every time and I knew from the first time she did them I couldn't go to anywhere or anyone else. I brought my own gems and pearls for my nails for my baby shower and she did a beautiful job. Thank you Uno
