Had a pedicure at this facility by Mi Mi. She kept digging at my large toenail in spite of me pulling away and telling her she was hurting me. Have had increasing pain with that toenail since and will be seeing podiatrist in a few days for an assessment.

I have had my nails done here a few times, i like the quality of work. They do not take appointments- I work until 5:30 and they stop taking appointments at 6....so if there is a wait and i walk in at 5:45....I can't get in. I went in 4 days in a row trying to get in before a wedding and couldn't be seen. Had to make an appointment somewhere else.

I have gone there twice now. I don’t think I will go back. It’s not because of the quality. I was satisfied with that. The first time the gentleman that did my full set made me uncomfortable. He was brash and rough. Today, I’m almost positive that my nail tech started making fun of a rather heavy woman that walked in. Of course, I can’t be sure because they were speaking in another language but tone, timing, giggles and the sideways glances are pretty telling. I can’t continue giving money to a business that doesn’t respect ALL clientele.
