From quote to installation and getting a replacement sink part it was a pretty flawless process. Lindsay was responsive and always available to answer my questions (and there were quite a few). The measurements were spot on. The installers greeted me with a handshake and an introduction. It may seem like a small thing but it just doesn't happen all the time these days. They were pleasant the work was excellent.

Overall my experience was outstanding! From picking just the right slab to satisfying my design ideas, Lindsay was awesome to work with. We love our new marble bathroom counters and highly recommend Lindsay/UMG!
Top notch service from the first time we walked in to the door all the way to install. The front office was wonderful with helping us make decisions/changes. The measurements were perfect and the install was seamless. Could not be happier with our new countertops. Will certainly be using Universal Marble and Granite for future needs.
