AMAZING experience! My best friend and I came here for her birthday and we had the best time. Started with a 30 min sauna session. We got to pick a color for the light in the sauna, which was so cool! The colors were explained on a color therapy print-out. After the sauna we rented a private salt session and the salt was magical. I will definitely be coming back!

I highly recommend this location! I can feel the benefits, and feel healthier every time I go. It has a wide variety of options in the store out front, and, as a plus, has a sauna! It has convenient parking, and more!

This is simply something you must experience!A month after I had covid I still had a lingering cough, I tried a few sessions from the salt cave and it finally gave me some relief. It works!!!

We are a locally owned and operated wellness boutique located in the heart of Perrysburg, OH. Here at the Salt cave we offer Halotherapy Sessions (dry salt therapy), Infrared Sauna, and meditative Sound Bed sessions. Our unique retail boutique offers salt products, crystals and natural holistic health products. Benefits of Halotherapy include, but are not limited to, relief from asthma, allergies and other respiratory issues as well as psoriasis, eczema and similar skin conditions additionally can be used to improve sleep, and decrease stress all of which only takes 45 minutes! We welcome all to relax, enjoy and most importantly "just breathe."
