The receiving team is GREAT!! Always very helpful and accomodating. We had a load that the customer requested delivery a day earlier then originally scheduled. Our driver arrived with a delivery appointment for the next day and they worked him into the schedule and had our driver moving quickly.

Appointment times do not matter here because they can't even stick to them! Expect to get delayed here..and catch a little stink eye from some grumpy employees. First time here and did exactly what I was told and no sooner than I pulled in door 9 and a bay behind where I was told the crane operator acted like I did something wrong and started shaking his head.

Great bunch of guys working at this place Damion that loaded me great example on how guys should take care of all drivers don't ever let him leave very professional thank you to all your staff for a great experience hauling a couple hot loads to Chrysler stamping plant in sterling heights
