We had several downspouts that were run over from careless operators and they were asked numerous times to slow down to no avail. Very disappointed with their entire operation. Snow removal was not completed in a timely manner and they used equipment too large for residential snow removal. Sidewalks were cleaned with one pass of a snow blower and the rest was left to freeze.
