If you have thin or fine hair, I would recommend this place because you will get great results and you will have a good experience! However, if you have thick/course hair you might not have a good experience. I booked my appointment in advance and put in the notes I had thick course long hair. When my friend and I showed up for our appointment, the front desk girl was so sweet and kind! My friend got taken back before me and her stylist talked with her about what she wanted and her hair type. When I got brought back my stylist just told me where to put my bag and ask what style I wanted, she did not go over my hair type or concerns. She was not very friendly and toward the end you could tell she was frustrated due to me having thick course long hair. She had asked another stylist to help because she was running out of time. When I went to check out they charged me $20 extra for “extensions” because I had went over the hour slot. If my stylist had done a small consultation or read the notes and then informed me it would be extra due to my hair type, I would have been okay with it but I was completely caught off guard. My hair wasn’t fully dry either and was still wet toward the back.
