I was killing time in the area and decided to see if I could get a same-day appointment as a new client. They got me in without making me feel like it was an inconvenience, which I really appreciated. They even had a welcome goodie bag for first-time clients.
Belle was fantastic. I have long hair, and this is honestly one of the best haircuts I've had in years. She gave me beautiful, blended layers that added movement without taking off too much length. It feels lighter, healthier, and is so much easier to style. Loved the gloss treatment, too. I'll definitely be back!
I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Brodava Salon. I have been a customer since 2010, and even when I lived in the DC area, I would wait until I came back to Ohio to get my hair done by Crissy. She is truly one of a kind. She listens so well and executes exactly what I want every single time — honestly, most of the time she exceeds my expectations.
