Mary-Ann M. did my brows, and she was phenomenal. She was juggling a few people in the lounge and did it flawlessly while being so kind at the same time. Made it feel very homey and like they take good care of their clients. She did my brows, and they turned out SO. GOOD. Also, technique wise, there was minimal pain which is hard to find sometimes. The lounge is also super clean and the interior design is so cute. Could not recommend this place enough!“

From the beginning, communication was excellent. She consulted with me beforehand, helped me identify the exact hair and products needed, and even made herself available when I needed help at the beauty supply store. I also appreciated that she is a full-service salon, including washing your hair as part of the service, so everything is truly handled from start to finish.

When I arrived, her private studio was welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with snacks, drinks, entertainment, and a relaxing atmosphere. It felt like an experience rather than just an appointment. Most importantly, she respected my time. My service was eight hours long, and we started and finished exactly when she said we would. Her professionalism was unmatched.

The experience was so good that I scheduled my son for twists before I even left. My husband took him to his appointment and came back equally impressed. She was prompt, efficient, and did an amazing job with his hair as well.

Yes, her prices are on the higher side, and LU LU and I even acknowledged that. But after experiencing her service, I completely understand why. “Took our 19 month old son for his first haircut with Kate S. She was perfect. Very patient while he warmed up to her and she tried a bunch of little tricks to get him to be comfortable. He sat through the whole haircut - which she did by hand with scissors not clippers- and barely fussed. The end result was so well done. We really appreciated how she took the time to understand his hair texture and created a perfect cut to keep some of his natural curls. They also gave a cute little certificate with an envelope of some of his curls. Overall was an amazing experience and we will be back!“
