1st time here. Receptionist, cheerful and polite. Brandi was welcoming and pleasant. With minimal instructions, Brandi did a bang-up job. Including brow and ear snips. Cool. BTW, I'm a picky vet. I most certainly will be a repeat customer. Thanks ladies! 😁👍

Super friendly staff! Was able to get an appointment at the last minute and saved the day for me! Maycee was very professional, great conversation, and made sure I was ok with every step of the process before she did anything to my hair! Very impressed. The place was clean and it was just comfortable to go in and be relaxed from start to finish! Highly recommend.

I've always had an amazing experience at New Imagine, the only thing that I would recommend is decor, free waters and other things of that nature... Otherwise it's perfect
